“This event is all put on by more than 100 volunteers. Just to set up will be an all-day event for this four-hour party. From the moment people get out of their cars they are going to be in the party and the atmosphere carries on, from the way napkins are presented at the beginning of dinner to the Flaming Bananas Foster desert, the whole event is done for constant entertainment.”
