“I think what y'all do is vital to our community. I think we're fooling ourselves if we think the square foot (of a house) determines the characteristic of a neighborhood. I hope this passes tonight. One-size-fits-all may have been appropriate at one time, but now we may be in a situation where one size doesn't fit anymore.”
