“I think the greatest assets we have are the people we have. There's very little as a group we can't solve, and that's the biggest thing. If there's something I don't know, I can look to my right or to my left and there's someone there who does. Sometimes (with smaller teams) you're scratching your head and there's no one there to ask.”
“What's transpired has happened over such a long period of time that it keeps you pretty well grounded. You look back on the days when you were learning and growing. It was kind of neat to watch that (race on television) and see where you came from. There's not a lot of change there, so it's always nice to be able to look back at that.”
